This policy covers the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. And describes the shipping services provided by Things by Daria and associated costs for order processing,

1- Shipment processing time

Processing an order takes 2-7 business days; once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

In the USA, our deliveries usually arrive within 5-10 business days after the order has been processed, and within 14-20 for the rest of the world

Delivery time may vary according to the country and the freight company used. Warehouses are located in the USA and in Europe and packages will ship according to availability and customer’s location. For questions regarding shipping, please contact us at

2 - Shipping rates & free shipping minimum order values

Occasionally, there is a need to send an order in two or more parcels. Shipping charge applies only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping fees for subsequent parcels for the same order.

In all cases where shipping charges apply they are indicated in the product page.

Things by Daria is not responsible for any kind of additional fees/taxes applied by the recipient’s country or local delivery companies; Such fees may include (but are not limited to): customs, tax, 3rd party storage &handling, etc - these fees will be charged to the customer by the local authorities.

3 - Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and will usually be

Things by Daria is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5 - Damages

Things by Daria, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
